2. Scope of Services
We provide services based on the project details discussed and agreed upon during the requirements-gathering stage.
Any additional features or changes requested after the scope is approved may result in extra charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project delivery, the client must:
- Provide accurate and complete information during the requirements stage.
- Respond in a timely manner to questions, revisions, or approvals.
- Supply all required assets (logos, content, credentials, etc.) on time.
- Review and approve deliverables promptly.
Delays on the client’s side may extend project timelines.
4. Project Timelines
We give estimated timelines based on the agreed scope. These timelines can shift if:
- New requirements are added
- Responses or approvals are delayed
- Technical or third-party issues arise (e.g., hosting, APIs)
We are not liable for delays caused by external factors.
5. Payments
- A project starts only after the agreed upfront payment or deposit is made.
- Remaining payments must be cleared as per the payment schedule.
- Failure to pay on time may pause or stop the project.
6. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is simple:
- Refunds are only available during the requirements-gathering stage.
- Once the project enters the development phase, no refunds will be issued.
- If the client stops the project after development has started, no refund applies.
- Full or partial refunds may be offered only in rare exceptional cases at Ziclon’s discretion.

7. Revisions
Each project includes a predefined number of revisions.
Revisions beyond the agreed limit or major changes to the initial scope may incur additional charges.
8. Intellectual Property
- After the final payment, you own the rights to the final deliverables.
- Ziclon retains the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing before project completion.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive information, credentials, and business details confidential.
We use client data only for project-related purposes.
10. Third-Party Services
If your project relies on external tools, APIs, plugins, hosting platforms, or third-party providers:
- We’re not responsible for their performance, downtime, policy changes, or pricing.
- Any issues arising from third-party systems may affect project timelines or require additional cost.
11. Limitation of Liability
Ziclon is not responsible for:
- Loss of data, revenue, or opportunities due to third-party failures
- Client-side errors or unmanaged website changes after project delivery
- Delays caused by external factors outside our control
Our responsibility is limited to the services we directly provide and complete.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a project if:
- Payments are not made on time
- The client violates these terms
- The client engages in abusive or unethical behavior
In such cases, no refund will be issued.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when needed.
